Em sembla que la discriminació positiva pot ajudar a compensar les diferencies creades durant molts anys per la discriminació de gènere.
Si però tenint en compte...
..que cal tenir present quins son aquells aspectes "diferents" o necessitats de formació específiques, que provoquen que un es plantegi fer formació.
Si es detecten i se n'identifiquen, endavant amb el plantejament d'una formació per a dones, sinó, revisem el perquè.
La legalitat en aquest aspecte no ens ajuda a reflexionar del perquè de les accions amb discriminació positiva i s'entenen com a una situació statusquo com si ara "toqués" impartir-la" perquè sí. Revisem necessitats i detectem problemàtiques específiques que requereixin d'aquesta formació, siusplau.
