Objetivos: Entender la “conciliación” como una condición vinculada a la nueva realidad social, económica y laboral. Fomentar en el empresariado la importancia de la armonización de responsabilidades laborales y familiares entre hombres y mujeres. Ofrecer una experiencia real llevada a cabo en territorio nacional en cuanto a los usos que hombres y mujeres hacen de su tiempo.
Metodología:La metodología a utilizar será de tipo expositiva, contando con un taller dinámico, práctico y participativo dirigido a empresarios/as.
